Default Front Bumper install?

So, I got my timing belt and waterpump done, but I CANNOT get the bumper to re-engage with the big plastic clips at the end of the bumper. You know, those big plastic jaws right in front of the wheel wells? There must be some kind of trick to it. I quit last night when I realised I was ready to just try to kick it on there from a seated position.

It's a huge PITA, basically what I do is push the bumper down on the bottom clip first then push it somewhat hard into the top clips (helps is you pull the wheel well lining a bit so you can see the clip) until it in finally clicks in. I have also heard of some people putting the top clips in first then pushing hard against the bottom clip.

Thanks, that worked awesome. Funny there is no "how to" for that. It's easy if you know what to do, but damn near impossible if you don't.

No problem, I got really good at it after taking my bumper off like 15 times when I was cutting for my fmic. Over time you'll did your own way to do it
