Fuel Filter Help

hate to bump an old thread.... but i just did my fuel filter and was able to get the filter strap off no problem with a T-40 torx bit in a 1/4" socket. i was able to fit the wrench and socket w/ bit up in that tiny spot both to remove and reinstall the bolt. i actually bought an 8mm 12 point bit from napa and it was too long and didnt fit in there. T-40 works fine though for anyone who attempts this in the future

Great info! ^^ Would you guys recommend buying from Autozone or the stealership for this? I mean its like 30 bucks at autozone, and I don't know if they even have crush washers, nor what size I'll need. If its only a little more it'd be nice to get it from the dealer where they'll give me exactly what I need.
