Given Different HID Bulbs 5000K

Default Given Different HID Bulbs 5000K
So, I recently traded some parts with a buddy and in that trade a got a new pair of HID (5000K), but it seems that one is blue and the other is hyper white. Could you all please tell me what's wrong with this picture?

Aftermarket bulbs with poor quality control standards...

The kit came with two different bulbs. They overnighted new one

Well now I got a new right one only, why do they both look blue now?
