yea.. i got bored today and felt like removing my exhaust just to see how it would sound.

i removed the clamps that are after the felx pipe, so my car right now is running straight downpipe. and its VERY loud. my car sounds like a Diesel truck. its so illegal and so going to attract the wrong type of attention... i deff need to put the stock exhaust back on tomorrow. i just go home a little while ago and my parents were like. Why were u followd? i was like i wasnt. they were like we heard a really loud car... and i pulled into my block in neutral so that proves how loud it is. oh also i shot a fire ball :P ill prob get a video tomorrow before i put it back on. just saying.. if you get bored. dont disconnect your exhaust. ive never heard a 1.8l 4cyl that loud before in my life. turbo'd or not.

edit: forgot to mention. i only did this cause i ordered a magnaflow muffler.

Haha that is really funny. Damn how bored were you that you went out and took your muffler off. Its not like its a 30 min play time. A girl would of kept you well occupied haha

 

I also did this when i installed my test pipe... NO TURBO LAG AT ALL!!! lol

 

You guys don't know loud till you hear an open header, street ported, 1988 Mazda RX-7. We had the cops called on us while we were working on it in the shop haha. But 1 little fireball's nothing... haha. This RX-7 will shoot 2 fireballs out the true dual exhaust! Oh and it's got a non turbo 1.3l that can beat a 2005 Mustang GT w/ the 4.6l V8. 13b rotary FTW! I'm guesstimating like 180chp because its got full exhaust, higher compression, full port job (housings and intake), lwfw. Stock hp for the the current compression ratio would be 160chp.

 

there was one in my car. lol and she was going nuts over it.
