Default Got some new fogs.

These are bright as hell. Brighter than my headlights but the beam is a little too narrow.

I like those a lot, but they look like they need to be re-aimed. On a 2-lane road you'd be lighting up the trees and ditches on either side instead of the actual road!

Yeah, that's what sucks though. I can only adjust them up and down, not left and right. Oh well.

Looks like you've got them mounted with screws or bolts. You might try adding some washers under the outside bolt on either side to shim them inward. Make sense?

Can you rotate them ,let's say 30 degrees? I'm sure it'll move the beam pattern as you rotate.

Yeah, good idea. Thanks. I was thinking about modifying the brackets but that would be a hassle.

Rather than "fog" lights, these are driving lights. They have a very tight and narrow beam for lighting up long distances. Fog lamps should have a wide and short beam.

PIAA

As others have mentioned, you will be blinding oncoming traffic. Driving lamps are made to be used much as the high beams, only when you are alone with nobody to blind. Aiming lower would reduce the light into the other driver's eyes, but will likely provide too much foreground light. If the foreground is too bright, it will severely reduce your distance vision as it constricts your pupils.

If you need more light from your headlights, you may want to consider retrofitting HID projectors to increase output.

Oh ok. Well that explains why they are so bright then. I had no idea that there were "driving lights" and "fog lights." I don't want to be inconsiderate and blind everyone. Maybe I'll just take them off and get some HIDs instead.
