gt28rs running rough

Default gt28rs running rough

[]I have 2000 b5 with a newly installed gt28rs rangreat for a few days, blew a coil pack. Replaced the faulty one, and it was good to go. The next day it seemed to blow another one, or so i thought. Replaced all of them. Didn't fix the problem. I've replaced both o2 sensors and swapped MAFs and still no progress.I have good compression and good spark in all four. Here is the codes she is throwing. Any ideas. Please help

You need spark plugs in the 7 heat range and gapped to ~.026

I am running copper plugs i think gapped at 28 i need to double check
