ok I have had these problems since installing the turbo about a year ago.

The problems are I pull an extreme amount of timing. I am pulling about 8 degrees at 15 psi.
Also the fuel trims still say +22.5% at part throttle. Today i reset the fuel trims and didnt go into boost for a few miles. The fuel trims went back up to the +22.5% out of boost shifting at about 3000rpms for about 20 miles. the value doesnt change when in boost.

I changed the MAF sensor again and no change. I switched my FMIC about a month ago and it didnt help with the timing problems like I anticipated.

can any one of you shed some light on me?

Here are 3 logs I did today all are in 3rd gear at 1.07kg/cm^2 or about 15psi (This is running straight from the wastegate)

Is this still the same tune from a year ago? If it is, go back and have it updated.

which cc file? what injectors?

 

I am running the 440cc file at 4 bar. The injectors are the Bosch greengiants rated at 440cc @ 3 bar. They are the injectors form the Volvo R.

 

You might need to throw in a 3bar in there and/or ditch the sh!tty greentops [:'(]



The spray pattern is not a good match for the 5v head

 

I dont have the greentops (I use to and they sucked) I have the greengiants they have the same spray pattern as stock injectors, I have a great idle

 

find a local with a gti/jetta/TT with a 1.8t and steal there 3bar and see if that helps. If that doesnt work, im stumped.

 

wouldnt the 4 bar provide more fuel? I have a 3 bar sitting around, This is what I originally put in but unitronics told me the file is written for a 4bar FPR.

 

Also what about the timing pull what do you think that could be related to?
