Default H&R or Neuspeed?

i know this question has probably been asked a couple times... but im gonna make you hear my story quick...

i want to go low but i dont want to be TOO low cause i live in MN / WI and the roads here suck...

so my question is... which are hiGHER... H&R race or Neuspeed race springs

or

which are LOWER H&R sport or Neuspeed sport springs

lol i know this is kinda a wierd quesiton but im still undecided between what i should go with... either the lower of the 2 sports or the higher of the 2 race (im on sport suspension now with stock rims... going to 18" rims in a few weeks)

thanks all (pics would probably make my mind up if you have any to share

and redline where did you get your 18" rs4's from? thats what im gonna get (b5 rs4's ) (sorry to trail if thats what you have) but i really like the look of them

and another question... is there REALLY a difference between 2000 and 2001 in terms of springs? it says 2001 ONLY on the one above this on the list... i dont get that

mine are actual factual b5 rs4 oem rims that the guy gave me when i bought the car as an extra set without tires. had no idea that the rims were off a rs4 when i got the car but he said they came with the purchase and i thought they looked pretty cool. o and they are only 17". as for copying nobody else in st. cloud is rockin the b5 rs4's except for some a6. im not hatin.
heres some pics if you wanna gander....

You should probably consider the V-Maxx coilovers for $600. I never had personal experience with them but I have heard many positive reviews about them.

yeah idk though, a little skeptical about these so called vmaxxx ones... i would rather spend $200 shipped now... and (havent looked into it) but some more later for nice shocks and actually be able to corner really well than have a super low ride with the vmaxx's and be all wobboly... idk im not one for super slammed cause of where i live.... if i lived AnywHERE else i would def go dumped.

redline you have access to a spring compressor?

are the spring rates the same on the two because i've heard the h&r's offer a nice sport ride. not too sure about the neuspeeds.

H&R's are overall better. Spring compressors can be found at AZ as rentals
