I searched but I could not find what this harness goes to.

I bought the car off my mom since she got a new audi and she neglected the hell out the car. This harness seems to be burnt up some. I am not sure if this happened from the harness not being connected and it got extremely close to the motor or what.

The car runs fine now but the abs light and the brake light are on. I am trying to figure out whats going on. Should i just plug the harness back together and see what happens or is this a serious issue. I just need the car to run for another year or so.
