Head & tail lights
I have 98, the head lights need replacing because they have yellow and hard to see at night. Would like to replace them with LED head lights. Not sure which ones to get or where? Rockauto.com has many to chose from.

Best bet is to upgrade to the 1-piece facelift headlights. If you already have the facelift units installed, you can polish them to improve visibility. I've done this on my B5 and my wife's Outback. I took pictures of the process on the Outback in the link below. Leave the LED's on ebay.

I've recently done the "Plastic re-finishing" on my Acura headlights....and they look good - don't get me wrong, but sanding and clearing your headlight (I have the 1 piece) is by far the absolute best route IMHO. Not only do they look brand new, but they also have that invisible candy-like appearance.
All that aside: Once you clear your lights, you can then buff/wax them whenever you want w/o having to worry about hurting your plastics.
Don't clear the fog lights though. Use Cerium Oxide High Grade Polishing Powder. I never knew they were glass, so I spun my wheels on those for quite some time.
