Default Heating seat problem! PLEASE Help with Wiring

I'm sure most of you know that the driver seat of the b5 wear out over time. Well mine was wore out when I got it and now the heated seats don't work well.
I'm seeing a blue wire unhooked on one side of the seat and then on the other side I see a blue wire and a white wire.

Does anyone have any clue on the wiring of this heated seat and what I should maybe do?
Does the blue one go to the heater or air bag?

Please help

If your seats are that bad your going to have to skin them and replace the heater pads.

the heater pads have wires running thouhg them, they brake when people kneel on them or just from old age. I think the blue on is one of those wires and I have no idea the grey one. Do you have an airbag light on?

I do have an air bag light on, but it's because of my passenger side seat was slung back and pulled out the plug. what's the best way to look up the air bag codes?
