I just wanted introduce myself and to say thank you to everyone here! This forum really helped me in finding a great car! All the noob links and "problem areas" were really helpful when I started looking for an A4.

I found a '99 A4 Avant that has had the TB, control arms, brakes, and PS done. The original owners had even put the original window sticker in the glove compartment too! The second owner needed cash fast, so I bought it for $3800!! He had all the service records and I verified them with the shop to make sure. I, ironically, have already had it into the shop to fix a cv boot (I knew about it before I bought it...), but besides that everything checks out ok! I'm loving this car!!

Looks sharp, but like all stock B5's the car could sit a little lower than stock, know what I mean?

i cant find ANY avants here where i live.. there is one bout 2 hours from me, imola yellow 2,8 30v with PES SC on it... SC pulley needs to be replaced.. other than that (according to him) the car runs great.. he only wants 3500 for it.. so idk if i want it or not, just sounds fishy
