Im a newbie to an Audi. I have a 2001 audi a4. its a 2.8 v6 quattro. My question is where is the transmission and power steering fluid in the engine? Is that the green cap? Also where is the battery located. also what is the button on the side wall by the seat? No I do not have a owners manual.

 

manual transmission fluid is accessible through the drain/fill plug under transmission. Power steering fluid is the reservoir with green cap on driver side front of engine bay. Battery is near firewall, if you have the firewall cover then its under that. The button by the seat is to enable/disable alarm.
