Help! Unknown part name needs replacement

Help! Unknown part name needs replacement
Ok, 1999.5 1.8t
So my car is leaking water from the back of the engine. I believe the top coolant hose (looking at the car from the front is next to the engine on the right and turns to the left)
It goes in a Plastic Box that is screwed on engine, has a sensor on top and a hose going down and I believe it goes to the heater core.
Well, that plastic box is broken. If any one of you know what I am talking about please help me out with the name so I can buy it.
I went to AutoZone but they didnt know what I was talking about.
