I dont know, you might want to check the gap on the plugs, i had someone here tell me the other day to do that because my car vibrated like crazy and that helped with about half the vibration, the rest of the vibration is from my motor mounts which im replacing tomorrow morning

If you had a CEL before, you should have gotten your ecu scanned for fault codes. When you say "cycles on and off" do you mean its blinking? It certainly sounds like a misfire regardless. Did you gap the plugs correctly? Even if you didnt, it really shouldnt misfire, so im thinking either bad coil pack(s) or wrong type of plugs.

Youre not making a whole lot of sense... you say the wire is cut? HUH? If you think its a gap problem, and you didnt gap any of the others why would you only be getting a cyl 6 misfire? They all should be missing if its a gap issue. Explain the "cut wire" thing... Anyway, now that you know you have a cyl. 6 misfire, the next step is to take the cyl.6 coil pack and swap it with any other cylinder and see if the misfire follows the coil pack. If it does, youll know its a bad coil pack.

Ya thats important.. Sounds like you are talkig about the stem of your coil pack.. They are rubber at the end and its called an insulator. If its torn or broken off that will cause a miss. Replace the coil pack.Sounds like it was probably cracked before and causing a misfire, since you helped it break even more now its REALLY misfireing. If I were you id take all the other coil packs off and carefuly inspect them for cracks on the same rubber spot and replace if necessary.
