Default HFC or Test Pipe

So I have been looking on classifieds and I have been trying to narrow it down to a HFC and testpipe. What is the real power difference and which one will give me the most bang for my buck for the best gains?
All opinions are wanted!
Thanks!

test pipe would be most bang for your buck duhhhhhhh unless ofcourse u need to pass emissions therefor you will need a cat so go with a hfc.

that link is broken.

do you need to pass emissions or not? that is the deciding factor. if no- a test pipe will give you a tiny bit more power over a HFC but for a bit less money. if you have to pass emissions, HFC is the only option. or you could just knock all the catalyst out of the cat... for free.

I don't have emissions problem here in ky, but I don't want it to loud but want the gains.
The guy said it was 250cell which I have no clue what it means and he says it's like stock size but custom.
Let me know.
Thanks

the neuspeed exhaust is already loud. a test pipe will be louder. a HFC will be slightly louder then the stock cat but not as much as a test pipe.

TP will only give you a few hp over a HFC unless you're running huge power. All it's going to do otherwise is annoy the people behind you. Good cats are not a restriction for 99.9% of the cars out there.

My neuspeed is not loud at all. I think I'm going to do the hfc, but don't know which one. The one I posted looks good but the guy said it was stock size.

The only way to go for aftermarket cats is Magnaflow/Carsound. You don't really even need one of their high flow cats, honestly. Even the regular ones aren't gonna lose you power.
