Default HID kit

So I've been looking around for an HID kit. Anybody running the ebay ones? I was looking for a 6000k. If not ebay, then what's a good place to pick um up? I really don't feel like dropping $200-300 if the cheap kit will work just fine. I'm just trying to get a little more outta my headlights..any suggestions would be awesome.

I would go with DDM tuning. Their slim ballasts are awesome, and even the regular ones are pretty little. I got my first set of ballasts from VVME and would never, ever go back there again. In the space of 2 years I went through at least a half a dozen ballasts and two sets of bulbs, because they kept burning out. DDM was good stuff though

DDM. Nothing else compares lol. I have a 55w 5k kit in my car and I LOVE it. I personally would get the 5k not the 6k just because 6k is just a little too blue where 5k looks blue when it's coming towards you but lights the road up a bright white. At night it actually washes the color out of the yellow road lines because they are just so bright lol.

Yeah I went with 8k for my first two kits, and they were both a little bit too blue. Plus I think I would like the added light output you get by going with a cooler color temp.

i've been thinking of getting the DDM tuning hid kit as well because i had them on my other cars but on a 98 Audi A4 do i need to modify the cover of the headlight for the wires? i know they are direct plugs to stock wires.

You need to put 1 piece projector headlights in.
