i think my SAP is bad, i have the vacumm sound when starting the car. would this also cause it to hesitate when i start the car? sometimes when the car has been sitting for a while it will take to cranks to start...

if i were to just unplug the SAP would that cause any run ability issues or do i have to buy the block off plate and resistor cus right now emissions is the least of my worries
