Default hissing sound

I have a 98 a4 elim. gt2871r and there is a hissing sound coming froming near my intake filter this is when the car is at idle. Is this normal? Or is there a leak? what could the leak be?

Thanks

I know that what I am asking if the hissing sound could be coming from the intake. I have a boost controller and it holds boost I can't seem to find anything that the sound could be coming from but the intake. So basically I was looking for comfirmation that it could be the intake. I have had other cars with intakes but not turbos and I dont remember hearing it from the other cars.

Is the noise constant, or do you only hear it when shifting/ letting off the gas? If this is the case then it could just be your Diverter Valve that you are hearing. I assume you upgraded it?

This is occurring at idle I only noticed it because I was inspecting (looking) the cables, hoses, wires etc. And had my head near intake but now I notice it as soon as I pop the hood
