Hope it's not another problem.....
Now I'm going to be replacing the driver and passenger side control arms, and the springs and shocks once I get back from my trip from Virginia Beach. But as soon as I arrived here in VA, I noticed at low speed (i.e. trying to turn into or backing out of a parking space) there is a terrible whine when turning the wheel.
I've had previous cars do this, and in the past I've topped off the fluid, I'm just hoping that it's not something more complicated than that. If it's going to be something big, I'd like to know now as long as I'm going to have most of the front end apart.
Any suggestions before I hit up my mechanic?
And yes I have checked the fluid and yes, it is fine.....

I did notice a droning noise coming from the front of the car at idle, but that could be a separate issue.......
ugh, everything is starting to act up no that I put some serious miles on the car. Oh, well, once I get her home I'll try figuring this one out, then see what the mechanic thinks.

If you sit still and turn the wheel and it whines, your power steering fluid is low so fill it up, once youve filled it up turn your wheel back and forth to get that pump working and suck in the new fluid. I just redid all of my front control arms and sway bar links with a kit by Meyle, and the car drives like new, handling is alot tighter too.
