Default Horn doesn't work. Need help!

I just changed the ignition switch just about 2 weeks ago. Everything worked fine when I made the replacement. Just about last week my horn went south. I can't get it to work. I checked for voltage to the horn and there isn't anything going to the horn. I don't know where the relay switch is at to check it and I can't here the relay switch either when I hit the horn.
Any help would be good in solving this problem because I need it fixed by the end of June so it will pass inspection.

check it its good.

I have been talking to the dealership and they said they highly doubt that it is the relay switch. The mechanic i spoke with said he doesn't believe he has ever changed one in the past two years at the dealership. He is thinking the a wire has coroaded and isn't making the connection.

I didn't know there was two horns until he told me. He said there was one on the left and one on right. I found the one on the passenger side but I could find the one on the driver side. I spent an hour looking and just gave up. Here it is right above the other one. I just never noticed it. I can't get to it through the bumper of the car so it looks like I may have to take the headlight out and come from above.

I noticed that with my horn, if I hold it down for awhile (say if I'm really ticked) one of the horns stops working. I go from a two tone thing (stock) to this wimpy HERRRNKK. Then after awhile it just comes back. Weird huh?
