How can I adjust my Handbrake!!! (98 Audi A4 Quattro)

I just purchased an audi and the e-brake goes up 19 clicks, and cannot keep my car still. Please help me, I heard that I could go to the calipers since its awd, I just want some help please.

Mine goes up far as well. From what I understand, they're "self-Adjustable" and there is no way to manually adjust them (which I doubt, but I haven't been able to figure out a way to do it manually).
