how do i bleed my coolant system??

anyone know where there is a good how to thread on this? i think i have air in my coolant system. my car is overheating, and im not getting heat....please please please help!!!

i believe that in order to burp the system you will need to open the cap and turn the car on. then you will need to turn the heater on to the max and it should burp hella air out at least thats how i did it when i did my timing belt job.

the cap of what, the resevoir? or the top of the radiator? when i squeeze the upper radiator hose, i can feel/hear air right there. i flushed out my heater core at the end of last week, and now its overheating..

Take the cap of the coolant resivior and run the engine, once all the bubbles stop rising from the resivior put the cap back on.

the coolant res. let the car run for a couple of minutes with the cap off and the heater in the car turned on to the max. if you have any air in there this should fix it.

anyone have an 01 climate control in their 96? i read on another forum that there is absolutely no way that this will function correctly. maybe thats why im not getting heat?? any ideas?
