I am getting code 16795 and failed emissions first try here in Virginia. "Secondary Air Injection Not Ready" So I think it might be the combi valve, any help? Thanks!...Max

 

with the engine off, disconnect the air hose from the SAI pump and try to blow through it. you should not be able to (i.e. the valve should be closed).

then, disconnect the vacuum hose from the valve and hook up a vacuum pump, applying ~20inHg of vacuum. now try again to blow through the SAI pump hose. you should now be able to blow through it. if you still cant, then the valve is stuck closed. you can remove the valve and attempt to clean it, but that most likely will not work.
