Default Need Help with 2.8L Combi Valve!

Hey all. I've been searching the forums for some help with replacing my right Combi Valve on my 2000 A6 Avant 2.8L ATQ engine. I've been fighting with this all night and not quite sure how to get this off. Very tight and I've got big hands which aren't helping. Looks like this attaches to a 90 degree aluminum plate with two 5mm allen head bolts, the 90 degree adapter then attaches to head with three 5mm allen head bolts. I am having a real hard time getting an allen wrench in these heads. Even cut an allen wrench down but lost that one. Looks like it would be easier if I could remove one part above the combit valve. Not sure if it is the camshaft adjuster, but looks like it is held on by three torx screws. Anyways, there is a fair amount of info on bad combi valves, but nothing out there on how to actually replace these items. Hopefully some of you have gone through this process and may have some advice!
