A while back in eurotuner somebody with an A4 said he had installed a hybrid Rs4 turbo, which he said is a milled down K03 turbo with a bigger turbine wheel in a small housing he claimed 280 hp with this turbo and high flow injectors, cat back exhaust, and high flow cat. Is this turbo for real and does making 280hp with it sound like a load of crap to you?

 

a super agressive ko4 file that is completely dialed in with a ton of supporting mods could definitely make that power...gl!

in a fwd yea 240 is about right, but hes got a quattro, so your lookin more like 220awhp

 

well you can get a hybrid k03 with a k04 turbine.. www.gpopshop.com but i highly doubt it will get you 280hp

 

I beleive he is refferring to the KO4-25 which is capable of the numbers above.

 

Has anybody else ever used a K04-25 in their A4, Does it bolt to the stock manifold,Cat, etc and does anybody supply tuning for it or do you need to use a standalone ECU?
