i have 2000 a4 audi 2.8L quattro manual transmission..I NEED HELP FINDING CLUTH KITS
On my CM 2.8 clutch page I also offer a special on the FX300 with Aluminum flywheel. If you want that special just mark the clutch tab up top as FX100 and flywheel as none, then mark the special offer as FX300. That special saves you $70.
I am also able to have CM put together a 2.8 clutch/flywheel setup that pretty much uses the CM 2.7t clutch setups, same clutch setups I use for the CM 240mm 1.8t clutch/flywheel kit. That users a modified Sach Racing PP and much better iron. It also uses the thicker dowel pins on the PP cover and flywheel.
I am also in the talks with CM about coming out with some new clutch setups, will start off with the B5 cars first. Looking at doing a 725(7.25") super single, kind of based off the custom 850(8.5") super single I offer now for the 1.8t. also a 550(5.5") twin disk setup that will be geared towards lower powered cars that are used for road racing/autox. It will have a very low rotational mass since the disks are only 5.5" and very light weight, so it wont slow down the drivenline as quickly when releasing the clutch. Also looking to do that flywheel like a flex plate, so all of the weight will be really close to the center which will really allow the rpms to drop/rise quickly.
Have any questions about the CM or SB kits or about the parts I have on my site feel free to shoot me a PM, Email or even call me. Can get me 7 days a week.

Well I just checked another one of my suppliers and the part numbers for the 2.7t and 2.8 intake manifold gaskets are different. The 2.8 uses what looks to be a insert seal gasket not a flat gasket like the 2.7t. Which is odd because the 2.8 heads are used as a upgrade on the 2.7t cars.
The 2.8 intake manifold gaskets are $28 each + shipping.

right, i went to rockautoparts.com and the prices they gave me for the gaskets are less then 30, the shop i went to literally wanted to charge me 750 for parts and labor, its ridiculous, i still haven't passed my smog, ive put 400 into the car already replacing some hoses that were in horrid condition but if intake manifold gaskets are less then 30 bucks online forget about doing any other business with them..he didn't say anything about replacing heads either, which is why i was just curious if what i thought needed to be bought was what i really needed to buy..but i have another question, where can i buy an idle air control valve for the same audi?
