why do you need a stop? you know the engagement points so just shift there. if you want to put the stop so the pedal stops just under where the clutch engages then you wont be able to start your car anyway because you need to put the petal to the floor to do that.

just super glue block of some sort to the bottom of the clutch pedal, then, it will hit the bottom part so you can start your car, but it will let you not have to put the pedal all the way down to shift quicker

i dont think the clutch down switch is actualy on the floor. 99% sure the switch is above the pivot point of the pedal so that you need to press the pedal all the way to the floor to trip it.

i really wouldnt want to not be able to depress the clutch all the way if i needed to for some reason. what if something broke in your transmission and you needed to separate the clutch surfaces further then usual. you wouldnt be able to. also it says right in your owners manual that you should be depressing the clutch all the way down at stop lights and such even if it disengages in the first 1/4" of travel to prevent damage.

if you really are having that much trouble getting used to the engagement of this clutch after a week or so of driving you should get an automatic.

i can shift just fine and i will never have anything but a manual its just nice having a stop at least in my friends m3 its quick launching and with a stiff clutch such as mine your leg gets tired just holding right below the point that it engages. just wondering tho i guess its not gonna happen

its the driver,

you want to grab as soon as possible... learn to ride your clutch to the jump point and kick shift 3rd and 4th gear.

I see no need for a clutch stop and it WILL make your car not start unless you modified the switch. Just get some practice.
