Question I want to do a headlight swap to HID And hve concerns/questions.

These are the lights I plan on getting.

I have a 1997 A4 b5 12v.

What kind of HID bulbs can I use with this new light?

Will there be any issues I will be unaware of when switching?

I like these for us post face-lift people... http://app.infopia.com/Shop/Control/...id/0/SFV/32682 but it says in the details that they want stock lights in them.. wonder why??? there projectors not good enough for HIDs or something??

those will fit any b5 chasis audi. you can get ebay HIDs and they'll work fine. it doesn't say the bulb type so you might want to double check with the company before you order. the only reason i can think of why they would say you should use the stock bulb is because HIDs are hotter when they are lit so they don't want the housing to melt. i've seen HIDs in those housings before and they have not melted though
