Hi, I have an 1999 audi b5 a4 1.8t. and the information screen is burnt out which everyone knows is a very common thing. But I wanted to fix it. but I am not sure how to go about doing so. So if someone knows how that would be a great help!! is there a kit you can buy?? thanks.

 

Here's the proceedure, but you better be very experienced with soldering. The pads are small, and easy to screw up on the cheap Chinese ones they sell on eBay. Try to get one here, much higher quality (website is down right now for some reason).
