Default Inspection Time

so i took my car to get inspected today and it failed :/ all of my third brake lights are out lol one of my license plate lights is missing and i have a bubble in one of my sidewalls. the third brake lights isnt a biggie and the tire is kind of a hassle because i just replaced my front tires about 5000 miles ago. and my last tires had to be replaced because of a bubble in the sidewall. could this be because of the rim thats on it? and my last question is there is 2 license plate bulbs but i only have one. the whole fixture on the left side is missing. like where you put a new bulb in there isnt a place to put a bulb on the left side. is this something i can get pretty easily?

Give them a call to make sure. I keep reading the "only fits avant" part so that is throwing me.

Oh cool, I've been looking for a place to get a new light housing. Thanks.

Kinda odd the right is not the same price as the left... ah well.
