Default Just bought a B5

Its a 2000 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro, saw it and figured I would buy it. Was this old ladies sons car, and she told me if I could get the money by the next day I could buy it for 3500, with 99,732 miles.. I got the money out that same day and figured why not. Just another car to my dad and I's collection. It needs a new O2 sensor, no biggie. I still have to figure out what type of headlights are up front, didnt get a chance to check since I am on vacation right now. Buying a dvd touch screen stereo and already got some subs I can install when I get back. Now I dont know what else to do with it..

I plan on a new fmic, and probably a bigger turbo.

Heres some pics from when I was buying it:

looks good... Red's not a color I particularly like, but it does look clean and well maintained (at least on the exterior).

Haha, yeah ya got me. Just dont tell anyone.

Dragon: Yeah, I love the red and black combo. Interior is clean, exterior is spotless other than one dent on front bumper, but I plan on buying a RS4 anyways.

Nice price! But with all due respect, the first thing I would do is get rid of those headlights and throw on the OEM 1-piece headlights. Other than that, great car.

Oh for real? The OEMs were included, and have a black tint on them too. Why though? Idk much about the ones on there now, but I am sure HID isnt allowed, which is something I planned on doing.

Those are eBay headlights that they're selling for $150 I think. Not a big fan of the look especially with the little 3 LED's. Looks a little rice IMO.

You know you're missing a front valance right?

Anyway, welcome to the forums and congrats on the purchase.

Oh dang, haha ebay lights... I might swap these back to OEMs then.

Yeah, I noticed it was gone to since my washer fluid reservoir and such is showing. Gotta get that too..
Thanks for the welcome, i've stalked here for some time since we bought the A8 a few months ago, and the S4.
