Just bought OEM RS4 grill, need HELP

Thumbs up Just bought OEM RS4 grill, need HELP

I just got a new OEM RS4 grill for my 97 audi a4 and I need help getting the old grill off. I popped the hoood and I see the clips on the inside of it but i dont know how the mechanism works! I got a flat head and Im tryna pry out the old grill, but having no luck! HELP PLEASE@

pics would be great!

Don't you just push the tabs in and pop the grille out..? I've swapped grilles in under three minutes it's not hard.

okay thanks i will let you know how that wrks out....but jw...do you have H&R race springs on yours? I just ordered them but I am not sure if i would need anything else like wheel spacers or anything, mine is pretty stock right now, except for my 18 inch black rims....your audi is sitting beautifully man!

its just tabs you press and pull.

and he has v-maxx coilovers

It ain't too difficult I do mine all the time, really simple. And let me know how those springs treat ya

just put some good coilovers on and you cant go wrong

I checked and yeah you just push down the few tabs on the top of the grille and it'll just come right out.

I guess depending on your tire sizes you may need spacers.. probably not necessary though. Springs don't go this low

thanks for the help guys! I am going to post pics up as soon as I get the thing lowered....the only mod I am slightly embrassed about is the altezza tail lights LOL. I had OEM facelifts and took them off because I am an idiot haha. Thanks again!!!!
