The freeway/highway is a more stable ride, and further you can make more boost in higher gears simply cause it's smoother. Turbos are funny this way. This might be why you appear to have higher levels of boost.

how much did u pay if u don't mind me asking, I was tons get giac chipped before I got in on the speedtuning gb and it was going to be 500$ + tax

 

$300 for the software + $75 for install

yeah, i think its cheaper now for pre-00's, but its still the same for 2000 and newer.
