I love my car once again, if there only where a chip for my girlfrind (just kidding I love her to just not as much) =)

As you might have already understood I got my speedtuning-chip for the K04 yesterday.
And now every time I touch the gaspedal I'm smiling like a maniac =)
I'm now spiking at 1.4bar and holding 1.1-1.2 bar.
I have to say that Speedtuning provides excelent service... the first time I got the chip it was the wrong software so I sent it back with my stock-chip. They did a new version for my car without any extra charge!

What should I log in Vag-Com to see if the car gets enough fuel?

did you have a chipped k03 prior to this?

If so is it a noticeable difference?

And how much was the k04 program?

where did u buy your k04 from? is it the k04-15?

there is a way noticeable difference between when i had my chipped k03s to my hybrid k04 with the Hammer file. i am also excited to try my race file when my gas tank gets low im gonna put a couple gallons of 100 oct in and see how much better that is!

 

Not to highjack the thread, but how are you guys changing programs? Does it require a Vag-Com? I'm getting my ECU back from Speedtuning tomorrow.

 

I have GIAC so I have the flashloader.

Not sure about other chips.

 

the k04 speedtunning program is that considerd stage1 or stage 2 ?

 

with GIAC, i have a switch that plugs into the obd-2 port and tells me what program i am currently on, and i can switch to a different program if i'd like.

 

Guess you can't do that with Speedtuning, huh...
