Why didn't you just get a civic?

Because I don't want a rice rocket. Just because I'm doing my own thing doesn't make it a ricer. Would you like me to paint my lowers, install s4 skirts and bumper, chip it with some BBS wheels/rs4 reps/celebrations/etc and a M3 lip spoiler?
(Not that there is anything wrong with the above combo)
Call me a ***, I really don't care. As Ive told countless people before, Its MY car, which I have the right to do with whatever I want. Some people find it awesome, and others think its stupid. Just like Kassidys Avant, Hes doing it his own way and going entirely against the cookie cutter version of a B5

i know this is a late comment, but i actually like the aluminum mount you made for the gauge, the metal color looks nice up against the gray interior.

definitely not bad for a quick/easy gauge "pod".

I already went with a triple gauge pod from sick_b5 and de stickerbombed the center console

However I did pick up a set of dirt cheap swings that I painted highlighter pink

Well its been a few months. Full time college student + full time job = one busy kid. But now its summer, so I might just pick back up on this project.

But lets just say...
Its no longer stock.

Finally got around to mounting my amp where I always wanted it which was on the rear lid (I actually like my trunk space)

I had dry wrapped my center console, but that didn't work as well as I planned...

Swings pink

Debadged part of the lid

Externally wastegated t3

Ebay wastegate

Rewelded ebay manifold

Big fmic

rs4 bumper (this was pre trimming for my fmic)

turbo timer, as well as a stickerbombed center console

Gauge pod

Oil cooler

Vac line delete

The turbo setup

I have a few DSMs now too

Before you ask Why do all this to a tiptragic? Well A) this is sort of my fun car now, doesnt kill me if/when the tip blows up (because it will just become a 5 speed), and I want to see how hard you can push it till it fails, and when it does, what exactly happens. I did log my trans fluid temp, and it seems as though the weak point is when its shifting. The fluid heats up REALLY fast under wot slush-shifts, but if you lift off as it shifts, it doesnt really strain the car like previously mentioned.
