just got a ko4 turbo... and am about to purchase somethin like 440cc injectors... would this give me a pretty significant differents in power? would like someone's input before i order i know im eventually going to need them anyways after my stage 1 tune...thanks let me know..

 

this has been covered a bazillion times. you need the correct injectors for your tune. you cannot run bigger injectors than a tune calls for and expect it to run properly. if you are going to get a k04, you are going to need k04 software, and when you buy that, ask the tuner which injectors to run

 

I would say he would be OK running the stock tune with a K04 but don't expect more then that tune offers which is stock. The K04 is only marginally bigger then the K03 (the K04 015 that is). However you can not run injectors that don't match the tune.

If you are looking for a set of 440cc injectors I have set of Bosch Blue Giants I am selling. They are used but only slightly and in excellent shape. You will still have to get a matching tune for these.

 

i believe it is the general idea that a k04 will run fine on a stock tune, not a chipped tune. i just want to clarify that. the extra air put out by a k04 at 18psi would be too much for a stock tune, but at 7psi it will be just dandy, maybe even a little extra kick

 

Zandrew how much u want for those injectors? And i thought say if i went APR stage 1 i tell them all the aftmarket **** i got on my car and they tune it to whatever i have?

 

Not the stage 1. Its basically for the stock K03 and injectors. United Motorsports sells a tune for the K04, 440cc injectors, and VR6 maf which is not much more then then the APR stage 1.

I am asking $100 shipped for them. Its a steal of deal.
