Default KW Suspension review

To make a long story short, heres the email I just sent over to Phil Castro@KW Suspension.

"I sent in an older set of galvanized kw v2s to have warranty work done. I received a whole new set of the inox v2s today. This message is not only to say thanks, but also to compliment the wonderful customer service support team! It was a smooth and quick exchange and I couldnt be happier. I will spread the word on all the vw/audi forums im a part of and will recommend to everyone. Thanks again."

I had the Gen1 v2 coilovers that were made from galvanized, not the INOX stainless. They did not have components to repair them, so in turn they sent me the INOX V2s that they sell now. One hell of a surprise.

Just to be clear, any and all warranty work is for the original owner w/original receipt. I dont want ppl to think, hey, buy used KW's and send them in for warranty repair LOL. Thats not how it works(yes, i know, unfortunate)
At any rate, awesome ppl to deal with.

Figured i start this thread to show there are some good companies who do have good customer service and make good on warranties.

Ppl make "bashing" threads all the time, so its only right to have a "compliment" thread, especially when well deserved!

Just a few pics my girl sent me when they arrived today. She called me and was like WTF is this KW box that just got delivered? I said open and send me a few pics. Cant wait to get home and get my install on!!
