What the largest rims with a okay size profile that I am able to fit under my wheel wells? I was thinking 19's, but do I need to roll em' up then?

18s really look the best on A4s, 19's look good on some A4s, and they look HORRIBLE on others.

a4_2.8Tuner runs 19's and they are amazingly sexy, and some run 17's and they look really good.



But I'd do nothing bigger then 19's unless you have an Avant. Then you can put 20's under there (I'll find the picture in a bit and update.)

Couldn't find it where I thought it was and am tired of looking, but trust me, this particular car pulled it off nicely.

 

Mine are 18's (pic in sig) check down to the thread says exhaust and wheels back on for more pics. I wouldn't want to go any bigger.

 

I have 18's and I will occasionally scrape. I think that 18's are the best. By the way CAB509 that last pic of the 19's. That is pry the best looking hood I have ever seen.

 

well you can tell him yourself, he's a mod here and is getting a new hood done, I'm withholding all judgment until it's totally done, but so far he might be creating the first Böser hood on a b5 that I actually like.

 

whatever that hood was it looked really good

 

it was a stock carbon fiber hood that he had the sides painted to match the color of the car.

His car is one of my all time top 3 Audi's and I'm always looking forward to what he does next.
