got a 98 a4 1.8 turbo had some loud noise coming from left front wheel after 25 mph continuos skipping and some serious vibrations up around 65 .... then abs brake light came which i believe is because of the noise ...any suggestions of what to do or what it is????

 

buzzing noise, clanking on metal noise, rubbing sound, what kind of noise?
probably your wheel bearing if its continious rubbing/grinding sound, and if it is, it might have taken out your abs sensor as well. my rears where making a continious rubbing/grinding sound last winter, i was lazy to get them replaced and they took out my abs sensors. all is fixed now
