I am looking to put the RS4 looking grilles on my stock A4 bumper. I think the type of mesh to be used is called Expandaple Steel Mesh, but I don't know where I can find some. Can someone help me out?

You can buy sheets of it in auto part stores in the 'ricer' section. I think it only comes in bare metal, so you would have to paint it. You could also find it in most hardware stores. There is someone who sells them remade on ebay from time to time. I think they sell them for like 40-50 bucks.
