Lowering Springs!
Neuspeed and H&R are both good for lowering springs, but you're also going to need new shocks if you take that route.
Coilovers will run you over $1k if you buy new, but will offer you adjustability.

Yeah if you go the spring route you are going to need to change out your shocks. A good combo I have seen people suggest on here is the H&R springs and beilstein shocks (my local mechanic suggested that combination too). As for the coilovers route, like kolbs_91 said it will run you in the G range if you go new but i did see someone suggest the Vmaxx coilovers which are $699 for the b5 and he said they were pretty good. I am planning on going the spring and shock route seeing i just want a lower ride hight and wont be pushing the car really.
Waiting for the english town show in NJ so I can probably get them cheaper. (tuition man... its a killer). GOOD LUCK
oh here is a link to the vmaxx coilovers if you want to go over them (the ones for the audi are a bit down the page). http://www.stratmosphere.com/vmaxx.htm
let us know how it comes out maybe it can help me with my choice.
