Lugnuts

I'm about to purchase and 1998 Audi A4 with aftermarket wheels. Are the A4 lugnuts the kind that are a bolt that screws in behind the tire?? Or are they just a nut that goes onto the thread?

Thanks, i bought mine and look one out and was like wtf, but then my dad told me they were the same on his Mini S
