I just ripped off my lower valence on my front bumper today trying to get out of my friends driveway. I also popped the bumper corners off. It doesn't look like I broke any tabs so thats good but I haven't looked at it closely yet. I was to mad. LOL And I haven't been able to wash my car because it's WAY to cold to do it myself and the only hand wash car wash is temp. closed right now. There is no way I am taking it to a normal carwash. It sucks...

It was in my friends driveway. And no, they don't plow very well here.

Any quattro is great! Unless you have all seasons and trying to get up a hill in a foot of slush. That doesn't work to well.

hey now..how can you say normal car washes suck??
I work at one, and in the past 5 months have only had 2 incidents.
one was a mirror got broken because one of the stupid attendants hit it( he was lazy and stupid and got fired a while ago)
and the more recent one was a broken fog light.
dont ask me how you can break a foglight in, we dont even brush the fog lights. we get the area around it but we dont even hit the light.

and yeah.
snow sucks.
makes me not able to work and not get paid.

No, it's more that it's not good for the car itself. The brushes can leave small scratches and stuff and the wax is crap. LOL But whatever.

its just some spray on crap that only the idiots buy. and I wont go into the whole brushes thing cause thats a topic in its own...

and the plows around my area dont seem to know how to plow either. they plow all the snow into the TURN lanes.
yes they actually put the snow in the TURN lanes sometimes. itsusually kinda rare but its happening more and more.

any incident is a lot in my eyes lol, especially those 2 you mentioned. looks like an underbelly pan will do you some good josh. it won't help the from valence situation but judging by the way they plow there it's a good idea you get one or make one yourself. i hope your fmic is ok though.
