Dumb question, but are there any blown fuses that could prevent starting?

I've checked them a few times, all are good. I suppose next I'll check my ICM and coils. I just don't understand why I'm not getting any codes!

^ Ouch. I just found out that I can't change the oil on my own truck. The filter is positioned in such a way that I can't get it off myself...

Nah I still haven't taken it in, mostly because of money but also out of fear of just how much I'm going to be spending.
