So went down to pittsburgh with the lady friend for easter and on the way home I looked down to see I passed 142k. That means its time for a timing belt job yayyyyy!.....

That kinda puts off my plans to pick up the exact ecu I wanted this week but maintenance has gotta be first.

While I was down there I took a trip down to West Virginia to pick up this guy though...

And had my brother do a quick shop to see what the flat white might look like and honestly I'm not too sure about it, the wheels just dont look right to me..

Glad to see you found another trunk. How much did you pay for it?

Why are you looking at painting the fives?

I would say if you're going to paint them yourself, start one side with white. If you like the way it looks, keep going.

Personally, I would go with white. It looks like your B5 is also Volcano Mica Black? White wheels on a black car can look pretty slick, but could be a pain to keep clean. IIRC you could have your car next year at school, right? Unless you have minimal dust brake pads or access to wash your car at school, it could become a nuisance.

Thank godddddd! I thought audiforums were dead....looks like I'm gonna have a nice update later today then.

But anyways I got the euro trunk for $120

And the only reason I was considering painting the wheels was if I wrapped the car flat white.

Had some other purchases that set me back though..

I'm gonna be moving this thread over to vortex sometime this week with a bunch of new pictures just because of the lack of traffic over here.

But for those still following I finally picked up a set of s4 skirts and waiting to get the moldings, pretty pumped about that.
