misfire

misfire
so i went to autozone to get the code, cylinder 1 misfire so i changed the spark plugs and coil pack no luck still missfiring, i realized a wire was either cut or torn and not too sure what xactly it controls, but im feeling like i might need this part not too sure what the name is any help
