Hello i have a 2001 A4 2.8 with 112 thousand miles. For about a week or so my car has started to have random missfires. I was wondering if there could be something causing the ignition coils to malfuntion. I replaced my ignition coils about 9 months ago after they failed. I am again getting codes indicating that they have malfuntioned.

Any and all help is very much appreciated.

 

How recently were the spark plugs replaced?
