Sounds like what your looking for is a turbo velocity stack that allows for a filter to be fitted on the end and a 4-4.25" inlet.
Just like this which goes up to a 6" for the filter flange http://www.turbohoses.com/velocity_stack.htm

Here is one that is also 4" inlet to a 7" flange for the filter http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/VIB-10953....mpaign=froogle
Looks like your old setup but with a 4" inlet.

^ LOL!
I believe that's Kevin's stage 3 S4. I never said E-Codes weren't nice. I've got a set for my car (and actually another extra set since they stopped making them and I loved them so much). I just said every time I go to GTG/meet/shows, all the B5 I see always either have CC'd headlights or E-Codes. I just personally think it's a nice change to go back to amber.
Ya hearddd?

Does anyone have a better picture of it? It looks like ****, probably from rock chips, and the installation of it looks like they used double stick tape to get it on. That's why it looked like a home depot lip.
