i was looking for performace mods for a 98 V6 A4, and i noticed there is nothing like a CAI avaliable for it... why is that. am i just missed it or what?

Assuming you have a 2.8L, BoostedA4 is correct. There is no true CAI. The closest one is made by Lltek but that itself isn't even a CAI, it is basically a K&amp;N cone filter with a heat shield.</P>


I think that Lltek sells theirs for USD$230.00 which IMO is a waste of money. The stock airbox is actually very efficient in comparison. I have tried several different set ups and eventually ended up using my stock airbox with a K&amp;N panel filter and am pleased.</P>
